Closing Conductor provides client acquisition systems, including dedicated human callers, AI-powered follow-up agents, CRM setup, advertising support, and related consulting services for insurance agencies, wealth management firms, and home services businesses. The specific scope of services is defined in your signed agreement or statement of work.

3. Account and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are set forth in your agreement or order form. Setup fees, monthly retainers, and ad management fees are billed according to the terms agreed upon at signup. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Closing Conductor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment, certain deliverables—such as CRM sub-accounts, ad accounts, landing pages, phone numbers, and prospect lists—are transferred to your ownership as outlined in your service agreement. Our proprietary methodologies, software, and internal tools remain our exclusive property.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Transmit harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or systems
  • Engage in unauthorized data scraping or harvesting

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Closing Conductor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Closing Conductor in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We guarantee the system will be built and functional as described; your business results depend on many factors outside our control.
